Legal Concerns LLP (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing legal representation to underserved and marginalized communities through pro bono legal services.
Our Commitment
We believe that access to justice is a fundamental right, and we are committed to using our skills and resources to provide legal representation to individuals and organizations who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
Our Pro Bono Program
We have a pro bono program in place to ensure that we can provide legal representation to underserved and marginalized communities.
Our pro bono program includes the following elements:
● A pro bono committee that is responsible for overseeing and coordinating our pro bono efforts
● A pro bono coordinator who is responsible for matching our attorneys with pro bono opportunities and providing support and guidance throughout the pro bono process
● A pro bono policy that sets out the guidelines and expectations for our attorneys who participate in pro bono legal representation
Eligibility for Pro Bono Legal Representation
We prioritize pro bono legal representation for individuals and organizations who are unable to afford legal representation and who have a demonstrated need for legal assistance. We also consider the availability of our attorneys and the alignment of the pro bono opportunity with our areas of expertise and focus.
Scope of Pro Bono Legal Representation
We provide pro bono legal representation on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to civil rights, immigration, housing, and family law.
